Refunds and cancellation

Cancel anytime

You can cancel Apex One+ whenever you like: open your profile, tap Manage subscription and choose cancel. There are no cancellation fees. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Plans renew automatically (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay; local taxes may apply.

Refunds

No refunds. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
