Exercise safely

Apex One gives general fitness and exercise guidance. Check with a doctor before starting if you have a health condition, are pregnant or haven't exercised in a while. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Rehab is education, not treatment

Recovery coaching is for use between physio sessions and is not medical advice. It suggests general exercise programs from what you describe. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for a physiotherapist, doctor or other health professional. Check with your physiotherapist or doctor before starting any program. Before your first session of each program you must confirm that you have shown the program to your physiotherapist or doctor and that they have said it is OK for you; we record that confirmation with the date and time. You are responsible for following their advice, the in-app safety questions and the pain checks (we stop a session if your pain is above 5 out of 10). If symptoms are severe, getting worse or not improving, see a professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Rep counts

Camera counts are estimates for your own training and may miss or add reps.

Subscriptions

Apex One+ renews automatically until you cancel in Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices are shown in your local currency; local taxes may apply. No refunds: cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments handled by Stripe.

Your account

Keep your email secure. You can delete your data and account at any time from Profile.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Apex One is provided as is, and AO isn't liable for injury or loss from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms and will show the new date above.
