A coach that watches every rep.
Your phone camera checks range, setup and tempo as you move, and a voice coach tells you what to fix in a few words, mid-set. Train at home without guessing.

What the coach actually says
“Curl toward your shoulder. Keep your upper arm still.”
“Lower a little farther if comfortable, then stand tall.”
“Bend your elbows a little farther if comfortable, then push up.”
“Move the phone back. Show your hip, knee and ankle from the side.”
What it checks
Full range
Reps only count when you reach the working position and return to the start.
Control and tempo
Cues to lower with control and finish each rep, so speed never replaces good reps.
Setup and visibility
Tells you where to put the phone and when it loses sight of a joint, before bad data ruins a set.
Questions
Can an app check my workout form?
Yes, within limits. Apex One tracks the joints for each exercise with your phone camera and checks the things a camera can measure reliably: range of motion, whether you returned to the start position, steady tempo and whether you're set up so it can see you. It coaches those out loud while you train.
Is it as good as a personal trainer?
No app replaces a good coach watching in person, but most form problems at home are about range, control and setup, and those are exactly what Apex One cues on every rep. It's a strong daily habit between sessions with a trainer.
Does it record me?
No. Tracking runs on your device and training video never leaves your phone. The only recordings are ranked Bicep Curl Challenge sets you choose to enter.
Which exercises get form cues?
All 10 tracked exercises: squat, bicep curl, push-up, lunge, deadlift, bent-over row, overhead press, sit-up, jumping jack and knee lifts, each with its own setup guide and cues.
Can I use it for rehab exercises?
Yes. Apex One+ includes guided rehab programs with pain checks before and after each session, written as general exercise education rather than a diagnosis.
