How it works
- 1Tell us where it hurtsDescribe it in your own words or tap the body map, and Apex One suggests a matching program.
- 2Your physio or doctor OKs itShow them the program, then confirm they've said it's OK for you. It's required before your first session.
- 3Pain check, then the sessionFollow each exercise with spoken instructions, timed holds and reps counted where the camera can track them.
- 4Move up when you're readyRate your pain again afterwards. When you're coping well, you move up a phase.

Programs for common aches
Medical disclaimer
Between physio sessions, not instead of them. Apex One is exercise education, not medical advice. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for a physiotherapist or doctor. Check with them before starting, and get assessed first if pain is severe, getting worse, or comes after an injury or surgery.
Questions
Does this replace my physio?
No. Apex One is for the days between physio sessions. Show your physiotherapist or doctor the program first; in the app you confirm they've said it's OK for you before your first session. It's exercise education, not medical advice, and not a diagnosis.
What can I use it for?
Common, non-serious aches: rotator cuff, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, runner's knee, plantar fasciitis, lower back, neck pain, ankle sprain, outer hip, upper back, knee strength, jumper's knee, achilles, shin splints, wrist and hand, sciatica mobility, hamstring, golfer's elbow, hip mobility, si joint, desk posture, balance, daily mobility. Each program has three phases, from calming things down to rebuilding strength.
What if it hurts?
You rate your pain before and after every session, and there is always a Stop button. If pain goes above 5 out of 10 the session stops. Sharp, worsening or lingering pain means stop and check with your physio or doctor.
When should I not use it?
If you have severe or worsening pain, numbness, weakness, pain after a fall, injury or surgery, or any warning sign listed in the app, get assessed by a professional first. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
What does it cost?
One Apex One+ membership, billed monthly or yearly (yearly saves over 50%), covers recovery programs plus strength training with the camera rep counter and voice coach. Your price is shown above in your local currency, and again before you pay. Cancel anytime.
